The Rivers & Rockies Outdoor Lodging Coalition invites you to apply for membership as a PROFESSIONAL PARTNER MEMBER (some refer to it as our supplier membership). You'll find various three tiers to consider, each outlined in a chart in this application. You'll also find a chart outlining the benefits of optional all-year events sponsorships.

If you have a for-profit business which serves those with an outdoor lodging business, we look forward to reviewing your application. We'll then be in touch, hopefully within 72 hours regarding your online invoice.

(Pardon us as we all adapt to this new program. Joining mid-year will create a prorated dues invoice, yet the system might be showing you the full year rate. If you see that the Supporting level is $600, that's the full dues, so the invoice will be adjusted to provide benefits through our current year-end, 9/30/2025; and ditto for any level you request.)

STEP 2:  Select the membership level that's right for you. 

STEP 3:  Fill in the section labeled ENTER CONTACT INFORMATION and figure out whether you are or aren't a robot.

STEP 4:  Hit NEXT, you'll be asked some questions and will be given the option of selecting the optional PROGRAMS / EVENTS SPONSORSHIP level.

STEP 5:  Wrap up all of that page and APPLY NOW FOR PRO PARTNER. 

Please give us up to 72 hours to pass you the online invoice. We most prefer ACH Debit payment, second preference is credit card, and least but still acceptable is a mailed check (frequent travel can delay receipt of your payment, which then delays your membership activation).

ROSTER LISTING ON THE HUB

Create a business description using up to 200 characters

Create a business description of any reasonable length

Opportunity to participate in a "A Conversation With" Zoom session (one business per recording) we'll add onto your listing (it can also become one of our FB posts about your business)

We will create one introductory post on each CCLOA, SDCOA & RROLC FB page (1 unique content & 3 posts) ✔

You may send marketing materials for mail distribution in November (flat; no bulky items like pens or tennis balls; contact us for limitations)
We can arrange for you to host an online session relating to your sector of the industry. Although this could easily become a "sales presentation" for your company, it must only hint at sales, mostly focusing on awareness and education. Yes, you may refer to your company's findings and such, but we won't permit comparisons to your company's competition. 

Rather in line with the above item, you may submit up to three "articles" per term, publishing them on the Rivers & Rockies Campfire around RROLC's publication calendar (in other words, ask me what day works for it to appear)

We will create four more FB posts on each CCLOA, SDCOA & RROLC FB page (total of 7 unique posts & 21 posts)


PARTICIPATION




(Reminder of already mentioned) Access to the Hub's Forum, through which you can respond to questions posed by members

Your RROLC contacts may attend our online sessions as a way of getting better acquainted with all other attendees.
